Unboxing

Your framed mirror is heavy, ranging from 45 to 130 lbs. depending on size. We recommend that if possible you unpack it closest to the spot you are going to ultimately place it.

Please follow these steps to unbox your framed mirror:

1.     If possible, we recommend you open the box close to the place the frame will be placed so it keeps protected just before taking it out of the box.

2.     Place the box horizontally on the floor with the front of the mirror facing yourself.

3.     Using a cutting knife or a pair of scissors, cut the plastic strips that secure both cardboard pieces of the telescopic box.

4.     Slide the top part of the box to the side to reveal the framed mirror.

5.     Slide the other half of the box to the outside.

6.     Remove the top foam corners.

7.     Turn the mirror clockwise, leaving the exposed corners on top. It will have the wall securing hardware on that side of the back of the frame.

8.     In case you received one of our floor mirrors make sure the non-slip material is facing the floor.

9.     Gently lift the bottom part of the frame mirror to remove the remaining foam corners.

Instructions to unpack your framed mirror

When your framed mirror arrives, we recommend you follow these instructions to unbox it to avoid harming yourself or damaging your frame.

The framed mirror was packed in our shop using a cardboard telescopic box that encloses four heavy duty foam corners, as well as a cardboard and foam cover on top of the mirror to reduce vibrations and shock on the mirror during the shipping process.

After checking your framed mirror and making sure it is in good condition, you can dispose of the packaging material. We strongly encourage you to recycle as much of these materials as possible. We are constantly searching for innovative uses of packaging supplies to reduce environmental impact of our commercial activities but we also like to make sure your framed mirror gets to your address in top shape.
